Make toast, not toasters.

It's something my industrial design professor said that I've never forgotten, and it's shaped everything I've built since. Great products and brands aren't about the technology or the system. They're about how a person experiences a branded moment, and how it just works.

I'm Claudia Chow, a creative director who has worked with some of the world's most recognized brands, from ASOS, Clinique, and Mars Petcare to Viator, Under Armour, Uniqlo, and JetBlue, helping them figure out not just what to build, but why it matters and how it should feel.

That range comes from both sides of the table. As a Creative Director on the executive team at Huge, I helped grow the creative department and led a 50-plus person design practice. I've since led as contract Creative Director at Code & Theory, and as Director of Design & UX at Audacy, where I directed a cross-functional team through a platform transformation reaching 40M+ users. When I partner with an agency now, I know the pressures from the inside.
